Another custom made for HAMZA Sauce God
This time it's a sneaker custom. The crispy white Air Force 1 is the shoe to pimp with nothing else then his own visuals and choices promoting his "1994" album coming out. S/O to Just Woke Up and Nico Bellagio for making this happen. When I made a custom jacket for the Belgian rapper, Hamza aka Sauce God.
You can find him wearing this jacket for his video clip "Destiny's Child" and in Making Of Video (by OKLM & Adidas). Merci Just Woke Up for the trust 🙏🏽 On "Touche Pas à Mon Poste", the most watched French tv host show in France.
I appeared during Camille Combal's footage.
Invited guessed on Tv show "Tantine" on the channel TéléSud in Paris, France.
It was a very cool challenge to make this diptych (2 paintings making 1 artwork).
Made them face each other based from selected pictures of their choice. #couplegoals #personalorder So the other day I got invited to Nigeria to show and express my art. Hard to say no to that!
During my stay I got asked to paint a portrait for the President himself, Goodluck Jonathan. I wasn't so familiar with the leader of the nation but accepted it as another challenge. And so I went to Abuja (the economical Capital of the country), beautiful city btw. I got to visit some painting village where I got my supplies and started making my artwork on the spot. It was a wonderful experience. I painted the president facing himself; on the left him being in his Western clothes and on the right wearing his Traditional national outfit. The whole piece is framed by the flag of Nigeria in the background creating a mirror illusion in the composition. I also blended my paint with the soil which added really nice texture while adding a symbolic value to it. I named the artwork "Reflection of a Nation" as a self reflection on how he governed his country during his mandat. #naija #nigeria #abuja #goodluckjonathan |
